Finally decided on a Parker Thunderhawk for my new xbow. Mostly because I loved how light short and narrow it was and my experience with Parker in the past. I assembled it myself and took the factory scope off and mounted a Hawke etched/illuminated reticle model. Fired 2 shots last night to see if it was close. Purchased the limbsaver xbow kit and installed it today. It made a HUGE difference it noise reduction. This thing is quiet as far as xbows go. Shot it through my chrono and was pleasantly surprised to see 325fps. Man I can't wait to try her and the new rage xtreme out.

COOL..How does the trigger feel? I find that is one of the main things in a xbow. What BH are you going to use? I can't wait to get home and get my hands on my new Wicked Ridge Raider..

sounds like a nice xbow!
I put a Hawke XB30 illuminated scope on my xbow this year and love it.  Is that the same one you got?
Good luck with it this year.

I'm gonna stick with the 2 blade rage. I''ve killed 7 with them and are impressed with how they perform. My scope is the Hawke 1x32 SR

Congrats on the new CB. Bought my son the Parker youth model.
With a short power stoke it's still shooting at 300fps. So far, very impressed.
Good luck with yours.
