just installed a cmc tactical ar-15/10 trigger group in my dpms lr308. single stage action, flat trigger, 3.5 lb pull, standard size pins with c clips. it went in pretty easy and seems to be farrrr superior to the stock trigger. no creep and light pull. i'll will be shooting the gun tomorrow to make sure it still fires. i'd been wanting a timney at about 280 bucks, this was a couple hundred. anyone have any knowledge of these triggers or am i the guinea pig?

I had a timney on my LR308 man what a difference that made on accuracy. The stock trigger on those guns are horrible!

Installed a 3.5# Timney small-pin in my Tac15 crossbow.
Awesome trigger. Zero creep and breaks like glass.

timney makes a great trigger. got them on a couple guns. i've not felt the one made for the ar's but this cmc is about a 200% imporvement over the stock one. not sure how dpms figures its a lr(long range)308, with such a crap trigger in them. thankfully its not a hard fix.
