I get it...But will say this...I honestly believe it works.  I still do the showers and sprays and scent killer detergent and hunt the wind as much as possible but we all have those sets that the deer can and do come from everywhere.  I have a spot in a thicket that gets a ton of chasing during the rut and the deer are every where...I cannot hunt "the wind" per say.  I've not been busted at all since using mine.  I've had the matriarch doe 20 yards down wind and she fed for several minutes but then would catch a whiff of something and instead of making ruckus she would just walk off slowly.  Definitely could of gotten a shot if I wanted to.  To each their own.

A friend has the scent crusher bag. He says it leaves a very strong odor on your clothes. So after using it he hangs his clothes outside.

The nose of a deer is his life line. You would think if you could smell it they would AND THEY DO.
It's just not the odor of YOU, big difference. Some deer you will never even see when they smell anything different.

the sent crusher bag works. ive seen it first hand. deer coming in directly down wind oh 5 ft higher in elevation than the tree I'm 25' up in. within 10 yards even or above me. all four deer a couple big old does and a couple yearlings all around me under my tree back and forth. never winded me. I look at these "gadgets" this way. if they get me 5 more seconds or 5 more feet then I'm going to use them. because deer don't always read the play book.

Riddle me this... If the bag works...

Than is it the smell of your clothes that scares them, or our natural odors?? Your not climbing in the bag and inhaling ozone.. Sssoooo??

they have soaps, that work's really well to neutralize scent, clothes that help eliminate scent, masks and gums. i use a mask, scent blocker or scent lock could be either one, that's been in the bag. and i'm not a mouth breather. I do it all. ive had deer and bear close enough to touch. the nice thing about the scent crusher bag is your bow, arrows, gun, everything you take into the woods, all can go in there.

Since it leaves a very powerful odor on your hunting clothes...does ozone eliminate human scent or is it a cover scent?

your putting your bow and gun into it? Your nuts dude.... Ozone is super destructive. I hope you have a 100% stainless steel gun.. As well as your cams.. Hopefully you have polyethylene strings though they are going to break down eventually...

Better do your research...

Ever see pic's of Fred Bear, flannel, cig in his mouth walking right up on animals?

My point was... your only using ozone on your clothes, and now obviously your weapons which is just f'ing nuts due to the destructive nature of ozone. But, you, yourself stink... Soap, face mask, whatever it is you think your using to eliminate it...

A deer's nose is what 10x's better than a dogs? Yet a dog is finding drugs hidden in crap, that's contained in something else stinky to hid it, in a car...

Whatever floats your boat..

P.S. you can buy the exact same products that "scent crusher" uses for less than $80 and build it yourself in minutes, bag included.

Exactly.

To me the ozone replaces washing your clothes. It destroys YOUR bacteria on the clothes. THAT'S IT!!!!!!
It doesn't make you Stan Potts.
It doesn't make you Mark Drury.
It doesn't make you Mike White.

Here is something everyone should remember. Deer aren't alarmed by every scent. They smell stuff all day everyday.

I was listening to a podcast with Dr Bronson Strickland and Dr Steve Demarais. They talked about a study where they exposed pen deer to various scents. Deer acted normal to some things. Then they let them smell scent from a Siberian tiger. The deer lost their sh*t. Those deer had obviously never smelled a Siberian tiger before. Deer have a sixth scent that recognizes the natural smell of a predator.

Does NOT leave a powerful odor

It leaves the smell of OZONE for no more than 2 hours. In 2 hours or less OZONE changes to oxygen. Bacteria, mold, viruses, fungi destroyed on a molecular level. That's how it works.

Originally designed to sanitize surgery rooms.

as long as I see it working, yours or anyone else's opinion is worth zero. I know it makes a difference. if you choose otherwise that's your loss.

I use Ozone coated breath mints. Deer love my breath now. Funny, I got busted by a nice buck this year. I saw him, he smelled me at the same time. He had a 15mph wind of me blowing in his face. Now, I do not wash my cold weather gear but once at the end of the season. It was one of those days were it was warm, but could be cold in the stand a few hours later. I stunk and deserved to be busted and he did, right at 35yds. I knew where he would come from and took a chance. Some days you get the bear and somedays the bear gets you. Is what it is. I believe with the colder temps and air molecules the deers sense of smell is keener. In early season I am sweating all over my seat and deer are under my stand. Personally I think it is all phooey!

I didnt say it didnt work... I said your nuts for putting your weapons into it.. Do you know what happens if your clothes are damp? Do you understand the chemistry of ozone? Ozone is O3... But what happens when there is moisture in there? It makes H2O2... I figure thats above the capacity of someone who puts corrosive metals into a chamber of ozone, but read about H2O2... Its hydrogen peroxide... In dilluted forms its not that harmful, but at what point do you numb nuts playing with these chemistry sets you have no clue about allow the light bulb to go off and say "this is probably ridiculously dangerous". People are talking about putting their damp sweaty clothes in there... Boom H2O2...

Ozone, FLIR(Thermal freakin imaging).. At what point does someone loose pride in their harvest based on the gadgets used?? Isnt the whole purpose a challenge?

Im going to release heat seeking arrow/broadhead combo's, you dont even need to aim... It works!!! I know my first two target customers...

whatever. I have yet to see any of my stuff blow up, go bad, rot away. all my bows guns and clothes are fine. ozone is a natural occurring thing. in fact they cry because we are loosing it and the loss is causing skin cancer. it is created by lightning and welding. any welders out there will recognize it. again your or anyone else's' opinion means zero to me as long as I see it working.

and what the f does FLIR have to do with anything????? we use it in the FD to find fire where it can not be seen and in search and rescue. stick to one point before you show how little you know.

Not one mention of the HECS suit....
If I were to waste my money it would be with HECS.It doesn't claim one percent that it even trys to eliminate scent, what it claims is it block predator senses and animals stay calm.
