This morning was the first in 2 solid weeks of hunting that I didn't see deer on stand.
Friggin' 50 degrees @ 6 a.m. and I'm hunting in a long sleeve t-shirt and a leafy wear jacket. 
I think the warm temps. are curtailing the rutting activity in the area I hunt. 
Back at it tomorrow morning and hopefully better results. Two weeks of passing on small bucks is starting to take it's toll on me. I need to hook-up with something past it's ears with some mass and/or trash.

see BD whacked a big ole doe tonight. congrats bd
ill try to get out some this week fellas, but its been hectic. after a woman ran a red light and totaled my car, she dissapeared. cops can't find her or reach her. now suddenly all of my witnesses have retracted their statements. with no witnesses it has become he said she said about the color of the light and im looking at getting the same charges as she. messed up how our justice system can let a driver nearly kill someone, then walk away.

Just wrapped up bowhunting for a couple of weeks. Had 2 small racked bucks come in this morning at 20 yds., but, gave both a pass.
I've not had a decent buck in range for the past 3 weeks of everyday hunting!!
Time to breakout the centerfire and head to Wv. in the morning.
My standards are alot less rigid in the mountains. Hopefully, I'll bring some points home for the team!!
